Loving Kindness

Love and Kind is the Key
1.) Compare and contrast the Loving Kindness exercise and the Subtle mind exercise. Explain your experience including the benefits, frustrations etc.

Now the mind has become a way of deafening sound and absolutely nothing is stirring in the world around us. My thoughts and breathing patterns is a little wild of inhaling and exhaling became fully integrated.  I am very calm and relaxed as the waves fade in to a meditation state; it is great I believe I may sleep better.

2.) Discuss the connection of the spiritual wellness to mental and physical wellness. Explain how the connection is manifested in your personal life.

By me focusing on forgiveness and extracting the pain and the suffering from other, this give me time to reflex on the thing of my past and the hurt and how people are able to forgive and more on in life. This mind exercise was to focuses on the calmness of the mind. This cause the mind to experience pure and new relaxation;.

Now my body becomes one spirit and manifests it through pray and understand of God.  Doing this time my spiritual wellness is a wear of it change and is the hologram of life itself. So if my mind is health than I am health (No) matter what is going on in the body? My mind is the head of my temple and it tell everything else to get in line. We must always keep our spiritual wellness unit with emotion, mental and physical.

Meditation and how it relegates to pray is my way in staying focuses in my wellbeing and spiritual health and studying the word of God. This is very relaxing when you give your entire problem to the father and then see the change. For every action there is a reaction and for me pray is my meditation.

Mind Body and Soul

Now that I have listen to the Mp3 I get me to thinking about life and how thing effect me. I need to take more time listen and not reacting on everything that happen in my life. I notics when I pray thing become better that they were. Even if it does not go my way. But some time something else happen and what was being said and to really connect my thoughts to fully grasp each feeling and emotion. I sometimes have a difficult time letting go of particular past events, which has built up emotional strain over time. When it came to the part to imagine standing in front of a stranger or someone you have conflict with, it reminded me of this event that had been buried inside. Then I get even more upset.This exercise also helped me open up my eyes to others around me a little more then they were before. Time wait for no man so we must work to have wisdom in all thing. And in all thing get understanding have a bless week. Papa. Don't waist time!!!!

Focus On New Healing with New Ideal

Reflections, on my wellbeing in the physicl  I would say that I was about an 8 even so that I have so health problems then are great and am not into much pain at this time. But for my spiritual life I am not were I want to be at this time in my life, there are change that need to be made in this area. so I would put me in at a 6 1/2. Far as I can see Psychological I am on the right track as keeping my mind health, because I beleive and have faith in God and I know right from wrong. My goal is to say healthy and to lower my blood pressure thought diet and exericse.Spiritual I am going start read the Bible and fasting and pray like the word say. I will also train my mind in focusing on health word games. For starter exerisce more on a day to day base as well as to pray and seek the father and to remain focus on the task that is at hand.The time now to seek new healing in new way in stade of get a fix all pill from the doctor.

My final thought! My purpose in life is to help people help themselves and this quote from Gandhi says it all “Become the change you want to see happen in the world” (Dasher,2006). That is my wish for not only Mother Earth but humanity as a whole.

Clear Your Mind to Open your Soul

Wisdom is about understanding ones self and to how you deal with thing in your life. People may not beleive this but you can may yourself sick. And you aks how? By the thing that you allow in to your mind. Like hateful thing and overall thing that you know to be wrong and uh-nhealth to you like drinking, eating or overding it plus not geting the rest you need.The mind knows when to shut down but sometime we keep it open and that hurt our health. 
As we focusing on our emotions which are important to healing of any disease anxiety, stress, and other mental factors play a role in disease. If the mind is not healthy the body will not be, we have to work our way from the soul out in healing.  Reducing stress has been proven to elevate many health problems for people. Meditation and Yoga are good stress relievers and will reduce anxiety in the mind and body.
